JobSuit.ai offers a free plan so users can try the Service before purchasing a paid plan. Because of this, paid purchases are generally non-refundable, except in limited circumstances described below.
1General policy (no refunds by default)
All paid plans are non-refundable once purchased, unless:
- the paid plan has not been used (as defined below), or
- you were charged due to a billing error, or
- a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
2What counts as “used”
A paid plan is considered used if any paid-feature usage occurs after purchase, including (but not limited to):
- generating, exporting, downloading, or saving resumes/cover letters using paid features,
- using paid-only AI actions, premium templates, advanced editing, or premium exports,
- consuming credits/tokens/quotas associated with the paid plan,
- accessing any feature that is marked as paid/pro.
We may use our internal logs to verify usage.
3Refunds for unused paid plans
You may request a refund if:
- you purchased a paid plan, and
- no paid-plan usage has occurred, and
- you request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
If approved, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method where possible.
4Billing errors
We will issue refunds (or corrections) for clear billing issues such as:
- duplicate charges,
- being charged the wrong amount,
- being charged after cancellation due to a system error.
5Renewals
If a subscription renews, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may refund the most recent renewal only if:
- the renewed period shows no paid-plan usage, and
- you request the refund within 7 days of the renewal date.
6Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not provided for:
- change of mind after usage,
- dissatisfaction with AI-generated results where the Service worked as described,
- failure to obtain interviews or job offers,
- partial-period refunds for unused time after usage,
- violations of our Terms & Conditions,
- purchases made through third parties (unless required by law).
7How to request a refund
Email team@jobsuit.ai with:
- the email address on your JobSuit.ai account,
- the date and amount of the charge,
- the plan purchased,
- your reason for the request.
8Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time depends on your payment provider (often 5–10 business days).
9Consumer law rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
