Welcome to JobSuit.ai (“JobSuit.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, apps, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1Who we are

JobSuit.ai is an AI-powered platform that helps users create and improve resumes, cover letters, and related career documents.

2Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3Subscriptions, billing, and payments

• Some features require a paid plan (“Subscription”).
• Prices, plan features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings (if available) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not provide refunds for canceled subscriptions except as described in our Refund Policy.

5Refunds

JobSuit.ai offers a free plan so users can try the Service before purchasing a paid plan. Because of this, paid purchases are generally non-refundable once paid features have been used, except where required by law. Refund eligibility (including refunds for unused paid plans, billing errors, and certain renewals with no usage) is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or violate anyone’s rights.
• Upload content you don’t have rights to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service (including scraping, hacking, or abuse of rate limits).
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or illegal content (e.g., fraud, impersonation, malware).

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts for violations.

7User content and inputs

• You may provide content such as resumes, job history, and other text (“User Content”).
• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content only as needed to provide the Service.
• You represent that you have the right to submit your User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

8AI-generated output and disclaimers

• The Service may generate suggestions and documents using AI (“Output”).
• Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific situation.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before using it.
• We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

9Intellectual property

The Service (software, design, trademarks, logos, and content we provide) is owned by JobSuit.ai or our licensors and protected by law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we give written permission.

10Third-party services

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics). We’re not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

11Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We try to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:
